ALL PARTIES claiming an interest by, through, under, or against Isodoro Martinez or Yusimi Martinez, and all parties having or claiming to have any right, title, or interest in the following property: One (1) 2007 Hummer, VIN# 5GRN23U77H106353 which was seized because said property is alleged to be contraband as defined by Sections 932.701 (2)(a) Florida Statutes, by the Florida Department of Financial Services, Division of Insurance Fraud, on January 27, 2011, in Hillsborough County, Florida. On February 18, 2011, the Division of Insurance Fraud filed a Complaint for Forfeiture with the Clerk of the Circuit Court, Civil Division, in Tampa, Florida. Whereas an Order of Probable Cause has been entered by the court, all persons or entities with standing to claim an interest in the above-described property shall, no later than August 2, 2012, file with the Clerk of the Court responsive pleadings as to why a Final Judgment and Order of Forfeiture should not be entered against the above-described property. All claimants are further required to serve a copy of such pleadings upon David A. Lewis, Senior Attorney, Department of Financial Services, 200 East Gaines Street, Tallahassee, Florida, 32399-0307, within said time period.
