NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated the 25th day of June 2012, and entered in Case No. 48-2009-CA-028083 O, of the Circuit Court of the 9TH Judicial Circuit in and for Orange County, Florida, wherein BAC HOME LOANS SERVICING, L.P. FKA COUNTRYWIDE HOME LOAN SERVICING , L.P. is the Plaintiff and MARGARITA ISTREFOVA A/K/A MARGARITA STEFANOVA ISTREFOVA, AMSOUTH BANK, MANOR ROW AT PARK CENTRAL CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC., PARK CENTRAL PROPERTY OWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC., PEARCE MANAGEMENT COMPANY F/K/A PEARCE FINANCIAL GROUP, INC. and UNKNOWN TENANT (S) IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY are defendants. The foreclosure sale is hereby scheduled to take place on-line on the 3rd day of August 2012 at 11:00 AM at www.myorangeclerk.realforeclose.com. The Orange County Clerk of Court shall sell the property described to the highest bidder for cash after giving notice as required by section 45.031, Florida statutes, as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
UNIT B2-B27 OF MANOR ROW AT PARK CENTRAL CONDOMINIUM, ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM, RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 8419, PAGE(S) 3777 THROUGH 3967, INCLUSIVE, AND ALL EXHIBITS AND AMENDMENTS THERETO, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF ORANGE COUNTY, FLORIDA TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED INTEREST IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS AS SET FORTH IN THE EXHIBITS TO THE SAID DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM.
Any persons claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
