NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order Resetting Foreclosure Sale dated June 18, 2012, and entered in Case No. 10-04175, of the Circuit Court of the 9TH Judicial Circuit in and for Orange County, Florida, wherein BAC HOME LOANS SERVICING, LP is the Plaintiff and AMOS ITHAU, LAKE FLORENCE HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC., UNITED STATES OF AMERICA DEPARTMENT OF TREASURY, ALICE ANUNDA, DORIS STAUBLI BEYER, UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF DORIS STAUBLI BEYER and UNKNOWN TENANT (S) IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY are defendants. The foreclosure sale is hereby scheduled to take place on-line on July 30, 2012 at 11:00 am at www. myorangeclerk.realforeclose.com. The Orange County Clerk of Court shall sell the property described to the highest bidder for cash after giving notice as required by section 45.031, Florida statutes, as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 98, LAKE FLORENCE, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 41, PAGES 11 AND 12, AS RECORDED IN THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF ORANGE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
