NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order Resetting Foreclosure Sale dated June 7,2012, and entered in Case No. 48-2009-CA-005863 O, of the Circuit Court of the 9TH Judicial Circuit in and for Orange County, Florida, wherein U.S. BANK NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, AS TRUSTEE, ON BEHALF OF THE HOLDERS OF THE HOME EQUITY ASSET TRUST 2007-2 HOME EQUITY PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2007-2 is the Plaintiff and MARIANELA CORDOVA, ENRIQUE CORDOVA and UNKNOWN TENANT (S) IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY are defendants. The foreclosure sale is hereby scheduled to take place on-line on August 16,2012 at 11:00 AM at www.myorangeclerk.realforeclose.com. The Orange County Clerk of Court shall sell the property described to the highest bidder for cash after giving notice as required by section 45.031, Florida statutes, as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 17, BLOCK H, CHENEY HEIGHTS UNIT NO. 1, REPLAT, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK U, PAGE 50, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF ORANGE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
