NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated the 2nd day of July, 2012, and entered in Case No. 48 2011 CA 013003, of the Circuit Court of the 9TH Judicial Circuit in and for Orange County, Florida, wherein CITIMORTGAGE, INC. is the Plaintiff and KENNETH HILL A/K/A KENNETH W. HILL, UNITED HERITAGE BANK, MARGARET HILL A/K/A MARGARET R. HILL and UNKNOWN TENANT IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY are defendants. The foreclosure sale is hereby scheduled to take place on-line on the 6th day of August, 2012 at 11:00 AM at www.myorangeclerk .realforeclose.com. The Orange County Clerk of Court shall sell the property described to the highest bidder for cash after giving notice as required by section 45.031, Florida statutes, as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 27, BLOCK 36, ORWIN MANOR, LAKESHORE SECTION, ACORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK M, PAGE 104, PUBLIC RECORDS OF ORANGE COUNTY, FLORIDA; AND ALSO THE EAST 1/2 OF LOT 28 AND WEST 10 FEET OF LOT 26, BLOCK 36, BEVERLY SHORES, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK Q, PAGE 44, PUBLIC RECORDS OF ORANGE COUNTY, FLORIDA.

Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
