Notice is hereby given pursuant to a Final Summary Judgment dated 6/21/2012, entered in Civil Case No.: 2011-CA-001349, of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Charlotte County, Florida, wherein GMAC MORTGAGE, LLC. is Plaintiff, and BRIAN L. HANEY; SHERRY K. HANEY; BILLY KIMBERLIN ROOFING, INC.; MARINA VILLAGE CONDOMINIUM OF BOCA GRANDE CLUB ASSOCIATION, INC.; BOCA GRANDE HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC.; UNKNOWN TENANT #1; UNKNOWN TENANT #2; ALL OTHER UNKNOWN PARTIES CLAIMING INTERESTS BY, THROUGH, UNDER, AND AGAINST A NAMED DEFENDANT(S) WHO ARE NOT KNOWN TO BE DEAD OR ALIVE, WHETHER SAME UNKNOWN PARTIES MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST AS SPOUSES, HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, OR OTHER CLAIMANTS are Defendants.
I will sell to the highest bidder for cash at 11:00 a.m., at www.charlotte.realforeclose.com, on the 15th day of October, 2012 the following described real property as set forth in said Final Summary Judgment, to wit:
UNIT M-6, MARINA VILLAGE CONDOMNIUM OF BOCA GRANDE CLUB, PHASE I, ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM AND EXHIBITS THERETO RECORDED FEBRUARY 12, 1981, UNDER CLERK'S FILE NO. 518032 IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 657, PAGES 957 THROUGH 1026, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF CHARLOTTE COUNTY, FLORIDA, AND AS AMENDED, TOGETHER WITH GRAPHICS THERETO RECORDED IN CONDOMINIUM PLAT BOOK 3, PAGES 1A THROUGH 1D, UNDER CLER'S FILE NO. 518033; TOGETHER WITH THE UNDIVIDED INTERST IN COMMON PROPERTY DECLARED IN SAID DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM TO BE AN APPURTENANCE TO THE ABOVE DESCRIBED UNIT.

This property is located at the Street address of: 5850 GASPARILLA Road, #M6, BOCA GRANDE, FL 33921.
