As Trustee For The Certificateholders Of Structured Asset Mortgage Investments II Inc., Bear Stearns Alt-a Trust, Mortgage Pass-through Certificates Series 2007-3, is the Plaintiff and Thomas A. Dipascale, Robert M. Scocca, Mortgage Electronic Registration Systems, Inc. as nominee for United Mortgage Corporation, Tenant #1 n/k/a Melissa Hill, Tenant #2 n/k/a James George, are defendants, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.lee.realforeclose.com in accordance with chapter 45 Florida Statutes, Lee County, Florida, at 9:00am on the 31 day of August, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
