Final Judgement was awarded on July 16, 2010 in Civil Case No. 36-2009-CA-063994, of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Lee County, Florida, wherein U.S. BANK NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, AS TRUSTEE FOR MASTR ASSET BACKED SECURITIES TRUST 2006-AM2, is the Plaintiff and DACISE C. RENE AND UNKNOWN TENANT(S) IN POSSESSION are the Defendants.
The clerk of the court will sell to the highest bidder for cash online at www.lee.realforeclose.com beginning at 9:00 AM on July 30, 2012 the following described real property as set forth in said Final summary Judgment, to wit:
LOT 16, less the southerly 9 feet therof and the southerly 9 feet of lot 17, block 13, unit 3, pine manor subdivision, according to the map or plat thereof, as recorded in plat book 10, page 93, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within sixty 60 days after the sale.
