Notice is hereby given pursuant to a Final Judgment of foreclosure filed the 14th day of May, 2012, and Order Scheduling Foreclosure Sale entered on the 29 day of June, 2012 and entered in Case No. 11-CA-004125 in the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Lee County, Florida, wherein BAYPOINTE YACHT & RACQUET CLUB CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC., is the Plaintiff and RONALD A. REIS, CRYSTAL R. REIS, and BUSEY BANK are the Defendants. That I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash beginning at 9:00 AM at www.lee.realforeclose.com in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes, on the 30 day of July, 2012 the following described property as set forth in said Final Summary Judgment of Foreclosure, to-wit:
Unit D206, BAYPOINTE YACHT AND RACQUET CLUB CONDOMINIUM, a condominium according to the Declaration of Condominium thereof, recorded in Official Records Book 1745, Page 2221, as amended, Public Records of Lee County, Florida
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within sixty (60) days after the sale.
