Notice is hereby given pursuant to a Final Judgment of foreclosure filed the 29th day of May, 2012 and Order Scheduling Foreclosure Sale filed on the 2 day of July, 2012 and entered in case No. 12-CA-000437 in the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Lee County, Florida, wherein ROYAL POINTE AT MAJESTIC PALMS SECTION I CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC., is the Plaintiff and BRENDA K. BIDDLE, ANDREW S. BIDDLE, PULTE MORTGAGE, LLC, AD-LIT, INC. d/b/a SOUTHWEST FLORIDA DISTRIBUTING, PUBLISHING AND MAILING, BAILEY'S CENTER, LLP, BB&T FINANCIAL, FSB, AMERICAN EXPRESS CENTURIAN BANK CORPORATION and SANIBEL BEACH PLACE INVESTMENT, L.L.C. are the Defendants. That I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash beginning at 9:00 AM at www.lee.realforeclose.com in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes, on the 1 day of August, 2012 the following described property as set forth in said Final Summary Judgment of Foreclosure, to-wit:
Unit 410, Building 4, ROYAL POINTE AT MAJESTIC PALMS SECTION I, a Condominium, according to the Declaration of Condominium, as recorded in Official Instrument No. 2006000444924, as amended, Public Records of Lee County, Florida
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within sixty (60) days after the sale.
