PRINGLE, PERSONAL REPRESENTATIVE OF THE ESTATE OF MICHAEL M. STRAYHORN; is the Counter-Defendant and B. BRUCE BECKMAN, is the Defendant, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, beginning at 9:00 A.M. at www.lee.realforeclose.com in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes, on the 26th day of July, 2012, the property described below, as set forth in said Final Judgment as to Count One:
Beginning at the Northeast corner of Lot 2, Block B, East Gate, recorded in Plat Book 10, Page 79, Public Records of Lee County, Florida; thence proceed Southerly along the Easterly boundary of Lots 2 and 1, a distance of 75 feet; thence proceed Westerly and parallel to the North line of Lot 2 a distance of 125 feet to the West boundary of said lot 2; thence proceed Northerly along the West boundary of Lot 2 a distance of 75 feet to the Northwest corner of said Lot 2; thence proceed Easterly along the North line of Lot 2 to the Point of Beginning.
