Myers, Florida, will sell to the Highest and Best Bidder for Cash beginning at 9:00 a.m. on the 6 day of August, 2012 at www.lee.realforeclose.com, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to-wit:
Unit D, Building 4, AVIANO AT PELICAN PRESERVE, a condominium according to the Declaration of Condominium thereof recorded in Official Records Book 4516, Page 2744, and subsequent amendments thereto, Public Records of Lee County, Florida.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
