Notice is hereby given pursuant to a Final Judgment of foreclosure filed the 6 day of July, 2012, and entered in case No. 12-CC-002224 in the County Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Lee County, Florida, wherein CAMILLE GARDENS NO. 1, INC., is the Plaintiff and CLAUDIA M. GONZALEZ, CESAR GONZALEZ, LEE COUNTY, a Political Subdivision of the State of Florida, and WORLDWIDE ASSET PURCHASING II, LLCare the Defendants. That I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash beginning at 9:00 AM at www.lee.realforeclose.com in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes, on the 6 day of August, 2012 the following described property as set forth in said Final Summary Judgment of Foreclosure, to-wit:
Lot 12, a/k/a Unit No. 12, CAMILLE GARDENS NO. 1, a Condominium according to the Declaration of Condominium thereof, as recorded in O.R. Book 376, Page 49, as amended, Public Records of Lee County, Florida
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within sixty (60) days after the sale.
