Notice is hereby given pursuant to a Final Judgment of foreclosure filed the 14th day of May, 2012, and Order Scheduling Foreclosure Sale filed on the 6 day of July, 2012, and entered in case No. 12-CC-000821 in the County Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Lee County, Florida, wherein MAPLE GARDENS CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC., is the Plaintiff and KIRK KLINGER, as Personal Representative of the Estate of PASQUALE J. SCARAMUZZA, Deceased; PASQUALE L. SCARAMUZZA, as an Heir to the Estate Pasquale J. Scaramuzza, Deceased; SUSAN M. KLINGER, as an Heir to the Estate of Pasquale J. Scaramuzza, Deceased; TONI DALE PREISING, as an Heir to the Estate of Pasquale J. Scaramuzza, Deceased; LINCOLN GENERAL INSURANCE COMPANY are the Defendants. That I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash beginning at 9:00 AM at www.lee.realforeclose.com in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes, on the 8 day of August, 2012 the following described property as set forth in said Final Summary Judgment of Foreclosure, to-wit:
Unit 10, MAPLE GARDENS TWO, a Condominium, according to the Declaration of Condominium thereof, as recorded in Official Records Book 1592, Page 1379, as amended, of the Public Records of Lee County, Florida.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within sixty (60) days after the sale.
