NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that pursuant to the Final Judgment of Foreclosure filed on July 6, 2012, in Case No. 2011-CA-050991 of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit for Lee County, Florida, in which HSBC Bank USA, National Association in its Capacity as Trustee for the Citigroup Mortgage Loan Trust Inc., Asset-Backed Pass-Through Certificates, Series 2007-SHL1, is Plaintiff, and Denise Susan Kimmons is the Defendant, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, online at https://www.lee.realforeclose.com at 9:00 AM, on the 8 day of August, 2012, the following described real property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
CONDOMINIUM UNIT D, BUILDING NO. 2002, FOXMOOR VILLAGE, A CONDOMINIUM, ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM THEREOF RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 1535, PAGE 751, PUBLIC RECORDS OF LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person or entity claiming an interest in the surplus, if any, resulting from the foreclosure sale, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens, must file a claim on the same with the Clerk of Court within 60 days after the foreclosure sale.
