NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order to Reschedule Foreclosure Sale filed July 9, 2012, entered in Civil Case No. 08-CA-019433 of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Lee County, Florida, wherein the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest bidder for cash on 8 day of August, 2012, at 9:00 a.m. at website: https://www.lee.realforeclose.com, relative to the following described property as set forth in the Final Judgment, to wit:
THE WEST 8 FEET OF LOTS 1 AND 5, BLOCK 4, TOWN OF ALVA, RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 1, PAGE 10, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA. BEGINNING AT A CONCRETE MONUMENT MARKING THE SOUTHEAST CORNER OF THE NORTHWEST 1/4 OF THE SOUTHWEST 1/4 OF SECTION 22, TOWNSHIP 43 SOUTH, RANGE 27 EAST; THENCE NORTH 89Ëš 45' 27” WEST, ALONG THE SOUTH LINE OF SAID FRACTION FOR 309.33 FEET; THENCE SOUTH 03Ëš 04' 51” WEST, ALONG AN OLD BARB WIRE FENCE FOR 205.81 FEET TO THE INTERSECTION OF THE NORTH RIGHT-OF-WAY LINE OF THE CALOOSAHATCHEE RIVER; THENCE SOUTH 79Ëš 35' 41” EAST, ALONG THE SAID RIGHT-OF-WAY LINE FOR 323.44 FEET; THENCE NORTH 00Ëš 29' 44” EAST, ALONG THE EAST LINE OF THE SOUTHWEST 1/4 OF THE SOUTHWEST 1/4 OF SAID SECTION 22 FOR 262.63 FEET TO THE POINT OF BEGINNING.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other then the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
