GOULET A/K/A RICHARD GOULET; RICHARD S. TINKHAM A/K/A RICHARD TINKHAM; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF RICHARD A. GOULET A/K/A RICHARD GOULET; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF RICHARD S. TINKHAM A/K/A RICHARD TINKHAM; UNKNOWN TENANT#1; UNKNOWN TENANT #2 are the Defendant(s). Charlie Green as the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.lee.realforeclose.com, at 9:00 AM on August 9, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 5, BLOCK A, GATEWAY PHASE 6, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 44, PAGES 59 TO 66, INCLUSIVE, IN the PUBLIC RECORDS OF LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
