YOU ARE NOTIFIED that a complaint was filed by Plaintiff, WELLS FARGO BANK, N.A., a national banking association, for reformation of instruments affecting title to, and for the recognition and establishment of record of Plaintiff's first-lien priority affecting title and liens on the following real property in Pinellas County, Florida:
From the SW corner of the SE 1/4 of the SW 1/4 of Section 35, Township 28 South, Range 15 East, Pinellas County, Florida; thence run East 750 feet; thence run North a distance of 408 feet to the point of BEGINNING. Then run West a distance of 127.5 feet; thence run North a distance of 145 feet; thence run East a distance of 127.3 feet; thence run South a distance of 145 feet to the point of BEGINNING.
Said complaint has been filed, along with a motion to substitute you as a defendant in place of Donald S. Sarette, deceased, and a hearing has been set on said motion for August 23, 2012, at 3:45 p.m., at the St. Petersburg Courthouse, 545 First Avenue North, Room 400, St. Petersburg, Florida 33701. You may appear at the hearing if you wish to respond to the motion to substitute you as a defendant.
This notice shall be published once each week for four consecutive weeks in the Gulf Coast Business Review, P.O. Box 6517, Clearwater, FL 33758.
