NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order or Final Judgment entered in Case No. 52-2008-CA-013954 of the Circuit Court of the 6TH Judicial Circuit in and for PINELLAS County, Florida, wherein, THE BANK OF NEW YORK MELLON F/K/A BANK OF NEW YORK, AS TRUSTEE FOR THE CERTIFICATEHOLDERS OF CWALT, INC., ALTERNATIVE LOAN TRUST 2007-8CB MORTGAGE PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2007-8CB, Plaintiff, and, MARTINEZ, MANUEL, et. al., are Defendants, the Clerk of the Court will sell to the highest bidder for cash at, WWW.PINELLAS.REALFORECLOSE.COM, at the hour of 10:00 AM, on the 31st day of July, 2012, the following described property:
