NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order of Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated June 29, 2012, entered in Civil Case No. 52-2009-CA-000749 of the Circuit Court of the 6th Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein U.S. Bank National Association, as Successor Trustee, to Bank of America, National Association as successor by merger to LaSalle Bank National Association, as Trustee, for Ownit Mortgage Loan Trust, Ownit Mortgage Loan Asset-Backed Certificates, Series 2006-6, Plaintiff and Martin P. Garris are defendant(s), I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 A.M. on August 22, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to-wit:
LOT FIVE (5), BLOCK 14, PASADENA ESTATES, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 6, PAGE 3, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
