NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order of Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated June 29, 2012, entered in Civil Case No. 52-2009-CA-005143 of the Circuit Court of the 6th Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein Wells Fargo Bank, National Association as Trustee under Pooling and Servicing Agreement dated as of September 1, 2006 Securitized Asset Backed Receivables LLC Trust 2006-HE2 Mortgage Pass-Through Certificates, Series 2006-HE2, Plaintiff and Ai-Mei Lo a/k/a Lo Ai-Mei are defendant(s), I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 A.M. on August 22, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to-wit:
LOT 20, BLOCK 9, MAXIMO MOORINGS UNIT TWO, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 49, PAGES 38 AND 39, PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
