Notice is hereby given that pursuant to the entry of the Uniform Final Judgment of Foreclosure, I will sell the property situated in Pinellas County, Florida, and is described as follows:
Lot 12, Block H, HIBISCUS GARDENS, according to the map or plat thereof, as recorded in Plat Book 14, Pages 55 through 59, inclusive, of the public records of Pinellas County, Florida
(the “Property”)
at public sale, to the highest and best bidder, for cash, on August 28, 2012, at 10:00 a.m., by electronic sale at http://www.pinellas.realforeclose.com.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
