NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that, pursuant to the Amended Uniform Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered in the above-styled cause, in the Circuit Court of Pinellas County, Florida, I, Clerk of the Circuit Court, will sell the following property, situated in Pinellas County, Florida, and more particularly described as follows:
Office Mortgaged Property
Unit 208 of Brooker Creek North II Condominium, a Condominium according to the Declaration of Condominium dated March 10, 2006 and recorded March 10, 2006 in Official Records Book 14892, at Pages 1633, et seq., of the Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida, as revised by First Amendment to Declaration of Condominium for Brooker Creek North II Condominium dated April 21, 2006 and recorded April 21, 2006 in Official Records Book 15074 at Pages 2200 et seq., of the Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida.
Together with an undivided interest in the Common Elements and Limited Common Elements as set forth in the Declaration.
TOGETHER WITH:
Each and every tenement, hereditament, easement, right, power, privilege, immunity and appurtenance thereunto belonging or in anywise appertaining, and any and all reversions, remainders, estates, rights, title, interests, and claims of any Mortgagor, whatsoever, in law as well as in equity in and to all or any part of the foregoing (the “Lands”), and any and all buildings and other improvements now or hereafter located on any part thereof (the “Improvements”).
All fixtures now or hereafter located on the Lands or affixed to the Improvements (the “Fixtures”).
All insurance policies maintained with respect to any of the foregoing, including all proceeds thereof an any rights to any refunds of premiums thereunder.
All rents, profits, issues, leases and revenues of any of the foregoing from time to time accruing, whether under leases or tenancies now existing or hereafter created, together with all leases and rights under leases, provided, however, that permission is hereby given to Mortgagor, so long as there is no default hereunder, to collect, receive and use current rents no more than 30 days in advance.
All judgments, awards of damages, and settlements hereafter made resulting from condemnation proceedings or the taking of any of the foregoing or any part thereof or of any right or privilege accruing thereto, including without limitation any and all payments from voluntary sale in lieu of condemnation or the exercise of eminent domain.
All proceeds, products and replacements of or accessions to any of the foregoing.
Warehouse Mortgaged Property
All of Block K, All of Block L, and the East 62 feet of Block J, Revised Map of Oldsmar, according to the map or plat thereof, as recorded in Plat Book 7, Page 6, of the Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida; Less that certain property taken by the State of Florida as shown in Official Records Book 8441, Page 628, of the Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida.

The Clerk of Circuit Court will sell the property all at public sale, to the highest and best bidder, for cash, in an online sale at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, beginning at 10:00 a.m. on July 31, 2012, in accordance with Chapter 45 Florida Statutes.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens, must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
