Final Judgment was awarded on July 16, 2009 in Civil Case No.: 08014938CI, of the Circuit Court of the SIXTH Judicial Circuit in and for PINELLAS County, Florida, wherein, BANK OF AMERICA, N.A. is the Plaintiff, and, THOMAS A. BALES; ANDREA L. BALES; ELAINE K. BALES; STATE OF FLORIDA, DEPARTMENT OF REVENUE; JOHN DOE N/K/A JOE GAVINCAN; JANE DOE N/K/A NINA GAVINCAN; AND UNKNOWN TENANT(S) IN POSSESSION are Defendants.
The clerk of the court, Ken Burke, will sell to the highest bidder for cash online at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com at 11:00 AM on July 25, 2012, the following described real property as set forth in said Final summary Judgment, to wit:
LOT 11, BLOCK 3, ORANGEWOOD HIGHLAND, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 67, PAGE 98, PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
