NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Summary Judgment of Foreclosure dated April 24, 2012, entered in Civil Case No.: 09-16837-CI-19 of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein FEDERAL NATIONAL MORTGAGE ASSOCIATION, Plaintiff, and V JOY ROBERTSON; GUARDIAN RESTORATION SERVICES, INC., are Defendants.
KEN BURKE, The Clerk of the Circuit Court, will sell to the highest bidder for cash, at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 AM, on the 2nd day of August, 2012, the following described real property as set forth in said Final Summary Judgment, to wit:
LOTS 21 AND 22, BLOCK 2 GROVE PARK VISTA, ACCRODING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 12, PAGE 8 OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
If you are a person claiming a right to funds remaining after the sale, you must file a claim with the clerk no later than 60 days after the sale. If you fail to file a claim you will not be entitled to any remaining funds. After 60 days, only the owner of record as of the date of the lis pendens may claim the surplus.
