NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Mortgage Foreclosure dated June 13, 2012 and entered in Case No. 08-4231-CI of the Circuit Court of the SIXTH Judicial Circuit in and for PINELLAS County, Florida wherein U.S. BANK NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, AS TRUSTEE FOR CMLTI 2007-WFHE2 is the Plaintiff and PETER MCNEIL; TARPON WOODS CONDOMINIUM NO. 4, INC; are the Defendants, The Clerk will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at an online sale at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com at 10:00AM, on July 31, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment:
UNIT 409, BUILDING J, FROM THE CONDOMINIUM PLAT OF TARPON WOODS CONDOMINIUM, NO. 4 PHASE III, ACCORDING TO CONDOMINIUM PLAT 61, PAGES 114 THROUGH 119, INCLUSIVE, PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA, AND BEING FURTHER DESCRIBED IN THAT CERTAIN DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM FILED JUNE 30, 1982, IN O.R. BOOK 5368, PAGE 1175, AS AMENDED TO ADD PHASE III IN O.R BOOK 5645, PAGE 39 OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA, TOGETHER WITH ANY LIMITED COMMON ELEMENTS APPURTENANT THERETO AND AN UNDIVIDED SHARE IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS APPURTENANT THERETO.
