Book 15069, Page 341, et seq., as amended by first amendment to Declaration of Condominium recorded in O.R. Book 15891, Page 1663, et seq. and second amendment to Declaration of Condominium recorded in O.R. Book 15981, Page 2139, et seq., together with such additions and amendments to said Declaration and Condominium plat as from time to time may be made and together with an undivided interest or share in the common elements appurtenant thereto. All as recorded in the public records of Pinellas County, Florida.
has been filed against you and you are required to serve a copy of your written defenses, if any, to it on Sujata J. Patel, Butler & Hosch, P.A., 3185 South Conway Road, Suite E, Orlando, Florida 32812 and file the original with the Clerk of the above-styled Court on or before 30 days from the first publication, otherwise a Judgment may be entered against you for the relief demanded in the Complaint.
