That certain Condominium Parcel described as Unit 45, Building 4, Wing E, ON TOP OF THE WORLD UNIT ONE, A CONDOMINIUM, and an undivided interest or share in the common elements appurtenant thereto, in accordance with and subject to the Declaration of Condominium thereof, recorded in Official Records Book 2811, page 80, re-recorded in Official Records Book 2825, Pages 70 through 91, and amendments thereto, and the plat thereof recorded in Condominium Plat Book 2, Pages 77 and 78, of the Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida.
at public sale, on the 20th day of August, 2012 to the highest bidder in an online sale at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com beginning at 10:00 a.m. on the prescribed date in accordance with Section 45.031 Florida Statutes.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
