HOME EQUITY LOAN TRUST, SERIES 2007-WM1 ASSET BACKED PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES is the Plaintiff and CARLOS LOPEZ; BRITTANY'S PLACE CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION INC.; NCO PORTFOLIO MANAGEMENT INC., ASSIGNEE OF FORD MOTOR CREDIT; TENANT #1 N/K/A MORRIS GOODWIN, and TENANT #2 N/K/A SAMYRA GOODWIN are the Defendants, The Clerk will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at an online sale at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com at 10:00AM, on August 2, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment:
