NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated the 14th day of June, 2012, and entered in Case No. 52-2009-CA-010030, of the Circuit Court of the 6TH Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein BANK OF AMERICA, N.A. is the Plaintiff and MICHAEL L. BILLER A/K/A MICHAEL BILLER AKA MICHAEL LEE BILLER; CLOVERPLACE CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC.; AMY E. WELDON; UNKNOWN TENANT N/K/A STEPHANIE COPELAND; UNKNOWN TENANT (S); IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY are defendants. The Clerk of this Court shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, on the 2nd day of August, 2012, at 10:00 AM on Pinellas County's Public Auction website: www.pinellas.realforeclose.com in accordance with chapter 45, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
UNIT 83, CLOVERPLACE, A CONDOMINIUM (PHASE II) , ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN CONDOMINIUM PLAT BOOK 73, PAGES 98 THROUGH 100 AS AMENDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 75, PAGES 29 THROUGH 31, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA AND BEING FURTHER DESCRIBED IN THAT CERTAIN DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 5669, PAGES 189 THROUGH 257, TOGETHER WITH SUCH ADDITIONS AND AMENDMENTS TO SAID DECLARATION AND CONDOMINIUM PLAT AS FROM TIME TO TIME MAY BE MADE, ALL AS RECORDED IN THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA; TOGETHER WITH ANY LIMITED COMMON ELEMENTS APPURTENANT THERETO AND AN UNDIVIDED SHARE IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS APPURTENANT THERETO AS THE SAME MAY BE AMENDED FROM TIME TO TIME.A PERPETUAL NON-EXCLUSIVE EASEMENT IN COMMON WITH, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, ALL OTHER OWNERS OF UNDIVIDED INTEREST IN THE IMPROVEMENTS UPON THE LAND ABOVE DESCRIBED, FOR INGRESS AND EGRESS AND USE OF ALL PUBLIC PASSAGEWAYS, AS WELL AS COMMON AREAS AND FACILITIES UPON THE LAND ABOVE DESCRIBED.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
