NOTICE IS GIVEN that pursuant to a Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated July 3, 2012, in Case Number 2012 CA 000355 8, of the Circuit Court in and for Pinellas County, Florida, in which GTE Federal Credit Union is the Plaintiff, and J & R Realty, LLC, Ralph Fighera, Josephine Fighera and Wells Fargo Bank, N.A. are the Defendants, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 A.M. on August 7, 2012, the following-described property set forth in the Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
The East 40 Feet of Lot 10 and all of Lot 11, Block 13, Plat of Pinellas Park, as recorded in plat book 2, pages 91 and 92 of Pinellas County, Florida formerly known as Hillsborough County, Florida
Notice is also given pursuant to ยง 45.031(2)(f), Florida Statutes, that any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
