NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Summary Judgment of Foreclosure dated June 27, 2012, entered in Civil Case No.: 52-2009-CA-014246 of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein AURORA LOAN SERVICES, LLC, Plaintiff, and BETH STUDENBERG; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF BETH STUDENBERG IF ANY N/K/A DANIEL WILLIS; are Defendants.
KEN BURKE, The Clerk of the Circuit Court, will sell to the highest bidder for cash, at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com,, at 10:00 AM, on the 15th day of August, 2012, the following described real property as set forth in said Final Summary Judgment, to wit:
LOT 83, GULF SHORES HARBOR SUBDIVISION, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 23, PAGE 51, PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
If you are a person claiming a right to funds remaining after the sale, you must file a claim with the clerk no later than 60 days after the sale. If you fail to file a claim you will not be entitled to any remaining funds. After 60 days, only the owner of record as of the date of the lis pendens may claim the surplus.
