THE EAST 40 FEET OF LOT 13 AND THE WEST 20 FEET OF LOT 14, BLOCK 3, PONCE DE LEON PARK, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 12, PAGE 47, PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
more commonly known as 2838 37th Avenue North, Saint Petersburg, FL 33713.
