YOU ARE HEREBY NOTIFIED than an action to foreclose a mortgage on the following property in Pinellas County, Florida:
Unit 116, of THE REGENCY, a Condominium, according to the plat thereof recorded in Condominium Plat Book 39, Pages 91 and 92, of the Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida, and being further described in that certain Declaration of Condominium recorded in Official Records Book 4978, Pages 1022 through 1084, inclusive, of the Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida, together with an undivided interest or share in the common elements appurtenant thereto, and any amendments thereto.
has been filed against you and you are required to serve a copy of your written defenses, if any, to it on LARRY M.
