NOTICE IS GIVEN that, in accordance with the Final Judgment After Default dated July 3, 2012, in the above-styled cause, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, the following described property:
That certain Condominium parcel composed of Unit No. 104, and an undivided interest or share in the common elements appurtenant thereto, in accordance with and subject to the covenants, conditions, restrictions, easements, terms and other provisions of the Declaration of Condominium of CONCORD VILLAGE SOUTH CONDOMINIUM NO. 3, and exhibits attached thereto, all as recorded in Official Records Book 4124, Page 1237, et. seq., as amended, and the plat thereof recorded in Condominium Plat Book 16, Pages 99 through 107, inclusive, of the Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida.
at public sale, on the 20th day of August, 2012 to the highest bidder in an online sale at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com beginning at 10:00 a.m. on the prescribed date in accordance with Section 45.031 Florida Statutes.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
