NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN That Pursuant to a Writ of Execution issued in the Circuit Court of Pinellas County, Florida, on the 20th day of June A.D., 2012 in the cause wherein John Palatine and Elizabeth Palatine were plaintiff(s), and Kenneth Meale and wife Bonnie Meale, et al were defendant(s), being Case No. 10-017298-CI in the said Court, I, Bob Gualtieri as Sheriff of Pinellas County, Florida have levied upon all right, title and interest of the named defendant, Kenneth Meale aka Kenneth Martin Meale in and to the following described property to wit:
