NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated June 25, 2012, entered in Case No. 41-2010-CA-002245 of the Circuit Court of the Twelfth Judicial Circuit in and for Manatee County, Florida, wherein Wells Fargo Bank, N.A., As Trustee, For Carrington Mortgage Loan Trust, Series 2006-NC2Asset-Backed Pass-Through Certificates, is the Plaintiff and The Unknown Heirs, Devisees, Grantees, Assignees, Lienor, Creditors, Trustees, and all other parties claiming an interest by, through, under or against the Estate of Barbara Seaton a/k/a Barbara J. Seaton, Deceased; Matthew S. Seaton; Unknown Spouse of Matthew S. Seaton ; Huntington Woods Condominium Association, Inc.; Unknown Tenant #1; Unknown Tenant #2 are the Defendants, that I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at www.manatee.realforeclose.com, beginning at 11:00 A.M., on the 15 day of August, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
UNIT D, BUILDING 9, PHASE II, HUNTINGTON WOODS, A CONDOMINIUM ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM, RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 1094, PAGE 1895, AMENDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 1103, PAGE 358, OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 1103, PAGE 389, OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 1113, PAGE 3067, OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 1109, PAGE 570, OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 1116, PAGE 2097, AND OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 1117, PAGE 3117 AND AS PER PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN CONDOMINIUM BOOK 17, PAGE 38 THROUGH 42 OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF MANATEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
