NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that pursuant to a Uniform Final Judgment of Mortgage Foreclosure dated the 27th day of June, 2012, and entered in the above-entitled cause in the Circuit Court of Manatee County, Florida, wherein , Daryl L. Brown (“Brown”), Unknown Spouse, if any, of Daryl L. Brown (“Unknown Spouse”), Carlos Drake f/k/a Tenant #1 and Allen King f/k/a Tenant #2 are the Defendants, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash online at www.manatee.realforeclose.com, at 11:00 a.m. on the 27th day of July, 2012, the interest in real and personal property situated in Manatee County and described as:
BEGIN 460 FEET WEST AND 646 FEET 8 INCHES SOUTH OF THE NE CORNER OF THE SW 1/4 OF SECTION 35, TOWNSHIP 34 SOUTH, RANGE 17 EAST; THENCE SOUTH 132 FEET FOR THE POINT OF BEGINNING OF THE LAND HEREBY CONVEYED; THENCE RUN SOUTH 94 FEET; THENCE WEST 100 FEET; THENCE NORTH 94 FEET; THENCE EAST 100 FEET TO THE POINT OF BEGINNING
(herein the “Premises”); together with all of the leases, rents, issues and profits arising from the Premises; including the buildings and appurtenances located thereon and together with the fixtures situated therein and located thereon.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
