NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that pursuant to a Uniform Final Judgment of Mortgage Foreclosure dated the 27th day of June, 2012, and entered in the above-entitled cause in the Circuit Court of Manatee County, Florida, wherein Double B Properties, LLC, a Florida limited liability company (“Properties”), Tenant #1 n/k/a Jerry Thompkins, Tenant #2 n/k/a Karen Baxter, Tenant #4 n/k/a Cheryl Meggison, Tenant #5 n/k/a Jose Rivera, Tenant #6 n/k/a Popp Lyre, Tenant #7 n/k/a Donna Engers, Tenant #9 n/k/a Shanika Davis, Tenant #10 n/k/a Branden Williams, Tenant #11 n/k/a Willie Sanders, Tenant #12 n/k/a Sally Harrington, Tenant #13 n/k/a Lazaro Medina, Tenant #14 n/k/a Lizett Luna, Tenant #15 n/k/a Glenda Brown, Tenant #16 n/k/a Patricia Drawdy, Tenant #17 n/k/a Jose Rodriguez, Tenant #18 n/k/a Sadie Campbell, Tenant #19 n/k/a Don Deese, and Tenant #20 n/k/a Misty Deese, and CBS Outdoor, Inc., a Delaware corporation, f/k/a Viacom Outdoor, Inc., f/k/a Infinity Outdoor, Inc., f/k/a Outdoor Systems, Inc., a Delaware corporation a/k/a Outdoor Systems Advertising Co. (“CBS Outdoor”) are the Defendants, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash online at www.manatee.realforeclose.com, at 11:00 a.m. on the 27th day of July, 2012, the interest in real and personal property situated in Manatee County and described as:
LOTS 6, 7, AND 8, BLOCK B, PALMS SUBDIVISION, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 4, PAGE 11, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF MANATEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.

AND

LOTS 4 AND 5, BLOCK B, PALMS SUBDIVISION, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 4, PAGE 11, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF MANATEE COUNTY, FLORIDA LESS HIGHWAY RIGHT-OF-WAY.

Together with the following described personal property (“Personal Property”):

Equipment: All equipment including, but not limited to, machinery, vehicles, furniture, fixtures, manufacturing equipment, farm machinery and equipment, shop equipment, office and record keeping equipment, parts, and tools. The Property includes any equipment described in a list or schedule Debtor gives to Lender, but such a list is not necessary to create a valid security interest in all of Debtor's equipment.

Investment Property: All investment property including, but not limited to, certificated securities, uncertificated securities, securities entitlements, securities accounts, commodity contracts, commodity accounts, and financial assets.

COMMERCIAL PROPERTY LOCATED AT 3525 14TH ST WEST, ALONG WITH ALL EQUIPMENT, FURNITURE, FIXTURES AND ATTACHMENTS TO OR ON THAT PROPERTY, NOW OWNED OR HEREINAFTER ACQUIRED.

(herein the “Premises”); together with all of the leases, rents, issues and profits arising from the Premises; including the buildings and appurtenances located thereon and together with the fixtures situated therein and located thereon.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
