NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure filed June 29, 2012, and entered in Case No. 41 2009 CA 004677, of the Circuit Court of the 12th Judicial Circuit in and for MANATEE County, Florida. ONEWEST BANK, FSB, AS SUCCESSOR IN INTEREST TO INDYMAC FEDERAL BANK, FSB, AS SUCCESSOR IN INTEREST TO INDYMAC BANK, F.S.B. is Plaintiff and LEONARD J. LONGO; JEANETTE J. LONGO; UNKNOWN PERSON(S) IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY; GREENFIELD PLANTATION HOMEOWNER'S ASSOCIATION, INC.; are defendants. The Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at: www.manatee.realforeclose.com, at 11:00 a.m., on the 31st day of July, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 5, BLOCK C, OLD GROVE AT GREENFIELD PLANTATION, PHASE III-A, AS PER PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 35, PAGE 166 THROUGH 171, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF MANATEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
A person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim with 60 days after the sale.
