NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure filed June 29, 2012, and entered in Case No. 41 2009 CA 006396, of the Circuit Court of the 12th Judicial Circuit in and for MANATEE County, Florida. U.S BANK NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, AS TRUSTEE FOR MARM 2007-3 is Plaintiff and KENNETH P. DOYLE; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF KENNETH P. DOYLE; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF JOAN E. DOYLE; UNKNOWN PERSON(S) IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY; are defendants. The Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at: www.manatee.realforeclose.com, at 11:00 a.m., on the 31st day of July, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 99, WESTWEGO PARK, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 2, PAGES 104 AND 104 1/2, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF MANATEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
A person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
