NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order or Final Judgment entered in Case No. 2011-CA-007296 of the Circuit Court of the TWELFTH Judicial Circuit in and for MANATEE County, Florida, wherein, BANK OF AMERICA, N.A., SUCCESSOR BY MERGER TO BAC HOME LOANS SERVICING, LP, Plaintiff, and, CHERI LEBERRI AKA CHERI LE BERRI, et al., are Defendants, the Clerk of the Court will sell to the highest bidder for cash at www.manatee.realforeclose.com, Florida, at the hour of 11:00 AM, on the 28TH day of august 2012, the following described property:
LOT 1, BEND OF TERRA CEIA, AS PER PLAT THEREOF, RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 34, PAGES 83 AND 84, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF MANATEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
