NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order of Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated June 27, 2012, entered in Civil Case No. 2010-CA-000211 of the Circuit Court of the 12th Judicial Circuit in and for Manatee County, Florida, wherein BAC Home Loans Servicing, L.P. f/k/a Countrywide Home Loans Servicing, L.P., Plaintiff and Rolando Pino and Marie L. Pino, His Wife and Carolyn Parada are defendant(s), I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash VIA THE INTERNET AT WWW.MANATEE.REALFORECLOSE.COM, AT 11:00 A.M. on August 28, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to-wit:
UNIT NO. 14, OF VILLAGE OF BAYSHORE GARDENS, A CONDOMINIUM, ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 2088, PAGE 4335, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF MANATEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
