NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order of Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated June 29, 2012, entered in Civil Case No. 2009-CA-010692 of the Circuit Court of the 12th Judicial Circuit in and for Manatee County, Florida, wherein U.S. Bank, National Association as Trustee for WaMu Mortgage Pass Through Certificate for WMALT Series 2007-OA1 Trust, Plaintiff and Robert Richard Crew a/k/a Robert R. Crew are defendant(s), I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash VIA THE INTERNET AT WWW.MANATEE.REALFORECLOSE.COM, AT 11:00 A.M. on August 16, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to-wit:
LOT 72, REGAL OAKS, AS PER PLAT THEREOF, RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 36, PAGES 89 THROUGH 94, OF PUBLIC RECORDS OF MANATEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
