NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order of Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated June 27, 2012, entered in Civil Case No. 2010-CA-008175 of the Circuit Court of the 12th Judicial Circuit in and for Manatee County, Florida, wherein Wells Fargo Bank, National Association, as Trustee for First Franklin Mortgage Loan Trust 2002-FF1, Asset-Backed Certificates, Series 2002-FF1, Plaintiff and Pilgrims Properties, LLC, as Trustee of Trust Agreement known as Trust No. 2715 dated January 20, 2006 are defendant(s), I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash VIA THE INTERNET AT WWW.MANATEE.REALFORECLOSE.COM, AT 11:00 A.M. on August 28, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to-wit:
LOT 34, BLOCK B, TWENTY-SIXTH STREET ADDITION, AS PER PLAT THEREOF, RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 8, PAGE 2, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF MANATEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
