NOTICE IS HEREBY given pursuant to Final Judgement of Foreclosure dated April 9, 2012 and entered in Case No. 41 2009 CA 004710 of the Circuit Court of the 12th Judicial Circuit in and for Manatee County, Florida, wherein Aurora Loan Services, LLC, is the Plaintiff and Imelda Reda; Edward Reda; Greenbrook Village Association; Mortgage Electronic Registration Systems, Inc. and Unknown Tenant(s), are the Defendants, the Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at www.manatee.realforeclose.com beginning at 11:00 a.m. Eastern Time, on August 16, 2012, the following described property set forth in said Order or Final Judgment, to wit:
