YOU ARE NOTIFIED that an action has been filed by Plaintiff, FLORIDA COMMUNITY BANK National Association, seeking foreclosure of the following real property:
Unit 1, of NORTH MANATEE INDUSTRIAL PARK, a Land Condominium, according to the Declaration of Condominium as recorded in Official Records Book 2141, Page 4344, as thereafter amended, and as per plat thereof recorded in Condominium Book 35, Pages 161 and 162, as thereafter amended by Condominium Plat Book 37, Pages 1 and 2, of the Public Records of Manatee County, Florida.
has been filed against you and you are required to serve a copy of a written defense, if any, to J. Marshall Moorhead, Esquire or L. Geoffrey Young, Esq., Plaintiff's attorney, whose address is 150 Second Avenue North, 17th Floor, St. Petersburg, Florida 33701, within 30 days from the date of this Notice, and file the original with the Clerk of this Court, either before service on Plaintiff's attorney or immediately thereafter; otherwise a default will be entered against you for the relief demanded in Plaintiff's Complaint.
