LOT 246, RIVERDALE REVISED, AS PER PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 10, PAGES 40 THROUGH 49, PUBLIC RECORDS OF MANATEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
and commonly known as: 4532 3rd Avenue East, Bradenton, Florida 34208, at public sale, to the highest and best bidder, for cash, at www.manatee.realforeclose.com in accordance with Chapter 45 Florida Statutes., on August 15th, 2012, at 11:00 A.M.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
