NOTICE is hereby given that Sale will be made pursuant to an Order or Final Summary Judgment. Final Summary Judgment of foreclosure was entered on June 25, 2012 in Civil Case No. 2009CA011426 of the Circuit Court of the Twelfth Judicial Circuit in and for Manatee County, Florida, wherein The Bank of New York Mellon Trust Company, National Association, as Grantor Trustee of Protium Master Grantor Trust, is the Plaintiff and JAMES SCOTT NOHR and UNKNOWN TENANT(S) IN POSSESSION N/K/A JOHN OVERSTREET are Defendants.
I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.manatee.realforeclose.com, the Clerk's website for on-line auctions at 11:00 o'clock a.m. on the 15 day of August, 2012, the following described real property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
WEST 10 FEET OF LOT 23 AND ALL OF LOT 24, CURRY PLACE, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 3, PAGE 23, PUBLIC RECORDS OF MANATEE COUNTY, FLORIDA. A/K/A 912 29TH AVENUE E., BRADENTON, FL 34208.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
