NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that pursuant to the Uniform Final Judgment of Mortgage Foreclosure entered on June 27, 2012, in 2009 CA 012758 NC of the Circuit Court of the Twelfth Judicial Circuit for Manatee County, Florida, in which VPH NPNR-14 Trust, is Plaintiff, and Patsy A. Polselli, et al., are Defendants, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, at www.manatee.realforeclose.com, at 11:00 a.m., or as soon thereafter as the sale may proceed, on the 27th day of July 2012, the following described real property situated in Manatee County, Florida, as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
Lot 73, of Highland Ridge Subdivision, according to the Plat thereof, as recorded in Plat Book 39, Page 55, of the Public Records of Manatee County, Florida.

Any person or entity claiming an interest in the surplus, if any, resulting from the foreclosure sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens, must file a claim on the same with the Clerk of Court within 60 days after the foreclosure sale.
